Except for HawaiiClean, plump, and delicious oysters, with a vegetal, mushroomy flavor profile and a saline, umami-rich finish. There’s no other oyster quite like those from White Stone.
White Stone Oyster Company is the first oyster farm to grow its oysters completely in the open Chesapeake Bay. White Stone was founded by Tom Perry in 2015 out of an obsession with the relationship between food and environment, and they spent years developing a floating farm system that suspends the oysters in the ideal position, in the ideal location: White Stone, Virginia. The end result? Clean, plump, and delicious oysters, with a vegetal, mushroomy flavor profile and a saline, umami-rich finish. There’s no other oyster quite like White Stone oysters.
Note: All oysters are thoroughly cleaned before shipment, however because they come from a natural and bio-diverse environment Polydora may be present on the shells. If so, the oysters remain perfectly safe to consume.
This package includes 75 White Stone Oysters
- Choose to add an R. Murphy Olympia Shucking Knife
- Choose to add Red Clay Hot Sauce – Give your White Stone Oysters a zing of spice. Red Clay is a total chili bomb with just enough heat to remind you you’re alive. Red Clay Hot Sauce starts with sweet, mild fresno chili peppers and French white wine vinegar, then aged in bourbon barrels for a complex, balanced and award-winning flavor. Add a dash to every oyster – it’s a sauce so versatile, you’ll wonder how you lived without it.
Please Note: On the rare occasion that an oyster should have a stowaway worm or two, it is completely normal, completely harmless, and actually a sign of freshness and quality.

- We recommend putting the Red Clay Hot Sauce straight on raw or roasted oysters. It’s a great addition to recipes such as oysters rockefeller as well, for those who are looking for an extra kick.
