Baz Bagel is baking up authentic New York-style hand-rolled, kettle boiled bagels, and baked all onsite. This Classic Brunch allows you to choose a selection of six bagels, two cream cheeses, and a half-pound of Nova. Three FREE rainbow bagels are included!
Baz Bagel is a buzzy Little Italy bagel shop run by Bari Musacchio. Baz opened in 2014 using traditional bagel baking methods found only in NYC. This means every Baz Bagel is hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and baked on burlap-covered boards in a rotating deck oven. The end result is a bagel that’s crisp and chewy on the outside, soft on the inside, and New York through-and-through. Baz Bagel has been featured on the Best Thing I Ever Ate.
