- Upon arrival, store bagels in the freezer for up to 1 month.
- Upon arrival, store cream cheese in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
To Serve
Bagels – From Thawed
- Preheat conventional oven to 450°F.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Place whole/unsliced bagels on parchment paper and bake for 4-7 minutes (monitor by eye throughout baking process – you’re looking for a shiny, deep-golden-brown crust).
- Remove from oven once color is reached.
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice, serve with cream cheese, and enjoy!
Bagels – From Frozen
- Preheat conventional oven to 450°F.
- Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
