Since its founding in 2002 by two NYU Poly grads, Brooklyn Bagel & Coffee Company has emerged as one of New York’s top bagel shops, with two locations in Manhattan and three in Queens. All of these classic New York bagels are made with unbleached & non-bromated flour, hand-rolled and kettle-boiled the old-fashioned way, and schmeared with a wide variety of creative cream cheeses with flavors ranging from Cannoli to Diablo Chipotle.
