Founded in 2008 by Sherry Martin, Tucson Tamale uses only organic, non-GMO corn and hormone- and antibiotic-free pork and chicken in its handmade tamales, which come with a wide array of fillings. Raised in a large Mexican-American family, Sherry learned the art of tamale-making at frequent tamaladas (tamale parties) & now her family-operated business uses those same recipes to craft authentic tamales for food lovers everywhere!
A true taste of the Southwest, these tamales are made with local ingredients like Hatch green chiles, Santa Cruz red chile and green chile, and are loaded with green chile pork, vegetable curry, chipotle beef, red chile beef and even breakfast sausage. And because they’re made with expeller-pressed non-GMO oil instead of lard, there are plenty of vegan options as well.
