To Serve
- For best results, thaw frozen items overnight under refrigeration
- Preheat oven to 325
- Place meat in a pan with 3-4 oz. of water
- Seal the top with foil
- Heat:
- Brisket – 2-2.5 hours or until internal temp reaches 165
- Sausage – 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165
- Ribs – 45 minutes – 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 165
