This package serves 4 people and includes
- 4 pcs Lasagna (each 10 oz.)
- Apple Cake (8")
- 1 jar Bar Nuts (16 oz.)
- 1 jar Marinated Olives (16 oz.)
- Each piece of Lasagna measures 4″ × 2 3/4″ × 2 1/2"
- Ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Lasagna can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or for up to 3 months in the freezer
- If you are looking to serve right away, let thaw at room temperature.
- If you are looking to enjoy later, remove all containers and place all but nuts in the refrigerator.
- Nuts and olives can be stored at room temperature on day of serving.
- Let cake sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
- Cake can be consumed at room temperature or warmed in the oven.
To Serve
Lasagna
- Leave the covered pan of Lasagna out at room temperature for 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place the pan (still covered) on the center or top rack of the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
- Carefully remove the Lasagna from the pan with a small spatula.
- Garnish the top with the provided grated Parmigiano cheese.
- Enjoy!
Nuts
- Store in a warm place. If you’d like them served warm, warm in a 300 F oven for 1-2 minutes.
Olives
- Serve at room temperature
Apple Cake – From Refrigeration
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Place apple cake on a baking sheet; and heat for approx. 10 minutes or until warm.
- Cut into slices and serve warm.
- Optional: Top with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce (We recommend Stonewall Kitchen “Seasalt Caramel Sauce” for a delicious store-bought option!), and top it off with a pinch of flakey sea salt!
