Lemon & Dark Chocolate Panettone

World-renowned pizzaiolo Anthony Mangieri has put just as much care into this panettone – a seasonal sourdough collaboration with his friends at the renowned Infermentum in Verona, Italy – as he does his pizza. The dough is naturally leavened, with dark chocolate, sea salt, and fresh lemon peel preserved only with water and sugar following an ancient French method. This panettone is a labor of love; every detail has been considered to create an artisanal product to celebrate the season.
