Founded in 1957, St-Viateur Bagel is a family-owned and operated bakery in Montreal’s Mile-End district and Montreal’s longest-running bagel shop. Founded by Myer Lewkowicz, who moved to Montreal to start a new life after WWII, St-Viateur Bagel is now owned by Joe Morena and his three sons Vincenzo, Nicolò, and Roberto. Celebrities like Adam Sandler, Jimmy Kimmel, and Celine Dion have stopped by for the best bagels in Montreal.
