BBQ Brisket + Ribs
This is a combo pack of two of Snow’s BBQ’s most iconic creations: BBQ brisket and St. Louis pork ribs! This is the brisket Texas Monthly fell in love with when they named Snow’s BBQ the #1 Barbecue in Texas. It has a perfectly crisp bark, beautiful smoke ring, and a center so silky you’ll be wondering where this brisket’s been all your life. As for the ribs, they’re hand-trimmed, rubbed with house-blended spices, and cooked low and slow over Texas post oak while being basted with sauce in order to create a flavorful glaze. Each rack clocks in at about two pounds!
