Laurent Tourondel is one of America’s most renowned chefs, and at Sag Pizza he’s bringing more than 40 years of fine dining experience to picture-perfect Neapolitan-style pizzas. Sag Pizza opened to much fanfare in the heart of the Hamptons’ Sag Harbor Village in 2018, and it’s since become a must-visit for some of the best pizza on Long Island. Tourondel spent years working on perfecting his pizza dough, which bakes up chewy, slightly crunchy on the bottom, and bubbly with little bits of flavorful char from the wood-burning oven.
