Sag Pizza opened to much fanfare in the heart of the Hamptons’ Sag Harbor Village in 2018, and it’s since become a must-visit for some of the best pizza on Long Island. Tourondel spent years working on perfecting his pizza dough, which bakes up chewy, slightly crunchy on the bottom, and bubbly with little bits of flavorful char from the wood-burning oven. And he’s put the same amount of care into the toppings, which include rich San Marzano tomato sauce, real mozzarella and caciocavallo cheeses, and housemade pork sausage.

- Each Pizza measures 12" and serves 1-2 people
- Pizza ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit

To Serve
- Preheat oven to 375
- Remove pizza from plastic wrap
- Place pizza in oven on cooking sheet or pizza stone
- Cook pizza for 13 minutes
