Back in 1998, Andy Marshall decided to purchase a little country market in the small village of Leiper’s Fork, Tennessee, called Puckett’s. It was a beloved community gathering place, and in that spirit Andy began serving home-cooked meals and cherrywood-smoked Memphis-style barbecue and inviting in locals to perform live music. It proved to be a winning formula, and today there are six (soon to be seven!) Puckett’s locations across Tennessee, serving up hearty comfort food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like home.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes

  • Upon arrival, store kit in the refrigerator or the freezer.

To Serve

Pulled Pork

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place pork in an oven-safe container and heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot.

Mac and Cheese – Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place mac and cheese in an oven-safe container, stirring every 10 minutes until heated through (approx. 20-25 minutes).

Mac and Cheese – Microwave

  • Place mac and cheese in a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 1-minute increments, stirring in between until heated through.

Assembly

  • Place pork in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Pour mac and cheese on top of the pork.
  • Drizzle with BBQ sauce and enjoy!
