Rave reviews from The New York Times, New York Magazine, Food & Wine, and many more soon followed (as did a visit from Guy Fieri for “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives”), and Pies ‘n’ Thighs legacy as one of New York’s best Southern restaurants was cemented. - Keep biscuits frozen until you are ready to bake
- Biscuits can stay frozen for up to 2 weeks
- In the quart container, sides can stay frozen for 1 month, or defrosted in the refrigerator for 4 days.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Place your biscuits on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes. When the biscuits are done they should be golden brown and cooked through (pry one open if you’re not sure!).
- Turn your oven down to 350 F and place the chicken cutlets on a sheet pan.
- Warm in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Unwrap and slowly warm gravy over low heat while stirring. Gravy must be warmed slowly or it will separate, so keep it low and slow.
- Split a biscuit in half and ladle warm gravy over.
- Enjoy!
