At Goldbelly, we believe America’s greatest foods are made by passionate, talented makers, multi-generational families and famous and up & coming chefs – in every town and every region, all across the country.
For our inaugural National Restaurant Week, we set out to honor the most impactful restaurants that have defined American food. Lines were drawn and re-drawn to capture the stories of the iconic restaurants that make America’s food scene what it is. Controversial? Probably. Debatable? Definitely.
