The Olivieri family has been making traditional Italian Holiday sweet breads in the Northern Italian city of Arzignano, by hand and with only the highest-quality ingredients, since 1882. These panettone and pandoro are as authentic as it gets, and the recipes that have remained largely unchanged for over 100 years. They’ve been recognized by the Gambero Rosso food guide and won the 2019 International Great Taste Awards in London.

Panettone Include
- 1 Classic – The traditional panettone cake. Made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 48-hour double fermentation. Filled with Australian 5 crowns raisins and candied oranges. You can find little black dots of Tahiti Bourbon vanilla inside
- 1 Triple Chocolate – White, milk and dark chocolate are blended together in order to create a unique burst of taste. The consistency is soft, the flavour is elegant but strong, not so sweet in the mouth, due to the presence of dark chocolate that lessens the sweetness of white and milk chocolate.
