- 6 or 12 pieces Candied Bacon – Morgan’s Candied Bacon, is a deliciously addictive treat made by coating smoked bacon strips in brown sugar and maple syrup and baking them until caramelized. The result is a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and crispy, with a hint of spice for added depth—a crowd-pleasing snack or unique cocktail garnish.

- 12 or 25 Smoked Jumbo Wings – These smoked jumbo wings are a crowd-pleasing delight, smoked in-house over oak wood for a deep, smoky flavor and tender, juicy texture. Enjoy them “naked” to savor the pure smokiness, or choose to have them tossed in Morgan’s homemade barbecue sauce for a sweet, tangy finish, or buffalo sauce for a spicy kick.
Mac & Cheese Flavor Options Include
- “Old School” – Traditional mac with a smooth, velvety cheese sauce.
- “Smoked Bacon” – Featuring crispy, smoky bacon amidst cheesy goodness!

Smoked Wings Flavor Options Include
- “Naked”
- Tossed in Morgan’s Homemade Barbecue Sauce
- Tossed in Morgan’s Buffalo Sauce
- BBQ ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in the refrigerator or freezer.
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Once opened, BBQ Sauce may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Candied Bacon & Mac & Cheese may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Smoked Wings may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Take the meat out of the refrigerator 1 hour before reheating.
- Keep in the original packaging (Don’t worry; the plastic package is specially designed to withstand the heat)
- Preheat oven to 275° F.
- Place meat, still in packaging, on sheet pan.
- Place in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° F.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes
- Slice brisket and EAT IT UP!
Mac & Cheese – Add On
- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Transfer to saucepan or baking pan, sprinkle cheese on top and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
Candied Bacon – Add On
- Thaw if frozen.
- Preheat oven to 250℉.
- Place bacon on baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Smoked Jumbo Wings
- If frozen, defrost overnight in the sealed package.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place wings on baking sheet.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
