Loveski Deli

Christopher Kostow is the James Beard Award-winning chef behind Napa Valley’s three-Michelin-starred The Restaurant at Meadowood, and along with his business partner and wife Martina Kostow, they've created something a little more casual: Loveski Deli! Located in downtown Napa’s Oxbow Public Market, Loveski is a “Jew-ish” deli that imbues the traditional elements of delicatessens and appetizing shops with the sensibilities and flavors of California.

At Loveski, the sourdough bagels are made by hand and boiled in the traditional, old-fashioned style, farm-fresh vegetables are pickled and fermented, and fish is cured and smoked to perfection. With influences from Martina’s Thai upbringing and Christopher’s Jewish heritage, the result is at once irreverent, artisanal, and personal. The Kostows are putting a California twist on the Jewish deli, and it’s all shipping straight to your next bagel brunch!
