- Each pizza serves 1-2 people, measures approx. 12" and weighs approx. 1.5 lbs.
Flavor Options Include
- Margherita – Pizza topped with fresh mozzarella, fresh crushed tomato sauce, Romano cheese, and fresh basil.
- Pepperoni – Pizza topped with pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, fresh crushed tomato sauce, Romano cheese, and fresh basil.
- Please note, the pepperonis are shipped on the side.
- Pizza ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store pizza in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Pizza may be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow pizzas to defrost in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove pizza from protective pouch and place it on a flat surface.
- Using a table spoon, place the sauce enclosed into the areas that currently have lite sauce. Then using the back of the spoon, paint the sauce completely over those area between the cheese (for better results swirl a little olive oil on ONLY the plain pies before baking).
- Place the pie directly on the middle rack of oven, do not use foil or a pan.
- Bake the pie until golden brown, approx. 10 minutes. The cheese will spread and start bubbling, some browning is normal.
- Top your finished pie with grated cheese and fresh basil to kick it up a notch (not included).
- Serve and enjoy!
