It’s Easy As Pie has taken the traditional corned beef and cabbage components of the St. Patrick’s Day meal and put them in a pie! From the rye crust to the addition of some Havarti and Swiss cheese and red cabbage with a splash of balsamic vinegar, this is a St. Paddy’s day feast, all baked in a pie.
Cindy Grunik started It’s Easy As Pie in 2012 with the vision of making and delivering fresh, home-made pies to customers in the St. Louis community. Soon, her unique flavors and original recipes like Chicken Cranberry Brie, S’Mores, and Gooseberry became a staple in the area.
This package serves 6-8 people and includes 1 Corned Beef & Cabbage Pie
- Each Corned Beef & Cabbage Pie measures approx. 9"
- For the month of March, there will be a shamrock design on top of the pie in honor of St. Patrick’s Day!
- Pies are baked fresh, cooled, frozen, packed frozen with dry ice in custom foam insulated boxes.
- Arrive fully cooked.
- Upon arrival, place pie in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Pies can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
To Serve
From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Bake covered for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!
From Thawed
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes.
