- Cookies arrive frozen and ready to bake.
- Cookie dough balls weigh approx. 2 oz. and measure approx. 4" in diameter when baked.
Frozen Cookie Dough Options Include
- Chocolate Chunk Cookies – Classic dark chocolate chunk cookies.
- Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies – Chocolate cookies with white chocolate chunks.
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may thaw in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, immediately store in freezer.
- Unbaked: can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Baked: In an airtight container, can keep at room temperature up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 weeks (refrigeration not recommended).
To Serve
- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Place cookies 3 inches apart on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes (from frozen) or 10-12 minutes (from refrigerated) until the cookies are lightly browned, but still soft inside.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a baking rack to cool completely.
