This package serves 10 people and includes

  • 3 Links Pork Boudin (approx. 1.5 lbs. total)
  • 3 Links Seafood Boudin (approx. 1.5 lbs. total)
  • 3 Links Fresh Mixed Sausage (approx. 1.5 lbs. total)
  • 3 Links Fresh Alligator & Pork Sausage (approx. 1.7 lbs. total)
  • Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate during transit.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, place all items in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
  • Items last up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 12 months in the freezer.

To Serve

Boudin

  • Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Bring water to a boil and insert links.
  • When water comes back to boil, remove links.
  • Enjoy!

Sausage

  • Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cook sausage for 15 minutes.
  • Flip sausages and cook the remaining side for additional 15 minutes.
