So what makes Hattie B’s Hot Chicken a beloved favorite? For starters, they use the best chicken available. For each Goldbelly kit, free-range, humanely-raised chicken is brined, hand-breaded and fried to perfection. All you need to do is crisp it up in your oven, give it a dip and sprinkle on their signature seasonings. A word of warning: be ready for some serious heat!

    • No corners cut here! This double-neoprene, ultra premium koozie is coupled with a pro-style, matte black bottle opener made with 18/10 stainless steel and etched with the Hattie B’s Hot Chicken logo.
  • Kit ships frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, chicken may thaw.
  • Upon arrival, immediately remove packaged chicken from the insulated sleeve and place in the freezer.
  • Store dip sauce and finishing spices at room temperature.
  • Use dip sauce and finishing sauces within 4 weeks for best results.

To Serve

Southern (No Sauce or Spice)

  • Cook from Frozen.
  • Set-up a sheet tray or roasting pan with a wire or roasting rack.
  • Remove chicken pieces from packaging and place them on the rack. Leave on your countertop for 1 hour to temper.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Bake chicken for 1 hour.
  • Increase temperature to 400F and cook for 15 – 20 minutes more to crisp.
  • That’s it! You’re all set to combine with your favorite white bread and crispy kosher pickles!
  • Enjoy!

Mild

  • Cook from Frozen.
  • Set-up a sheet tray or roasting pan with a wire or roasting rack.
  • Remove chicken pieces from packaging and place them on the rack. Leave on your countertop for 1 hour to temper.
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Bake chicken for 1 hour.
  • Increase temperature to 400F and cook for 15 – 20 minutes more to crisp.
  • While chicken is cooking, get the hot dip ready.
  • Knead the pouch of dip sauce and break-up any separated dry rub.
  • Next, open the pouch and transfer to a microwave-safe container.
  • Whisk and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until hot. Be careful!
  • Once the chicken and dip are hot and ready, it’s time to wrap-up!
  • Give the dip one more good stir and drizzle lightly over the chicken.
