This package serves 4 people and includes
- Lobster Meat (1 lb.)
- 4 New England Split-Top Rolls
- Salt, Pepper, and Mayo (8 oz.)
- Each roll measures approx. 8″ × 5″x 4"
- Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Thaw meat under refrigeration for 24 hours immediately prior to use.
- Depending on seasonality and demand, the lobster meat is packed either fresh or frozen to ensure you receive the highest quality product every time.
To Serve
Assemble Lobster Roll
- Cut the rolls down the middle.
- Butter the outside surfaces of the rolls.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place rolls, one buttered side down, in skillet.
- Cook until browned lightly—about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Load the lobster meat into your Split Top Roll
- Customize with any mayo, butter, or seasonings of your choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
