This package includes 2 Scallop Shells, each filled with Lobster Risotto
- Each scallop shell filled with lobster risotto weighs approx. 4 oz.
- Lobster risotto ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer.
- Lobster risotto lasts up to 9 months in the freezer.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
To Serve
- Preheat conventional oven to 350°F or convection oven to 325°F.
- Remove plastic wrap, place on baking sheet for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and internal temperature reaches 165°F. If cooking in an air fryer, refer to manufacturers instructions.
