It was founded by JoAnna Filomena as a love letter to her Abruzzo-born mother, who would host large dinners for friends and family in which she’d serve a wide array of classic & simple Italian dishes and desserts, made with love. - Each meatball weighs 4 oz. and measures 2.75"
- Meatballs ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Store meatballs in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
To Serve
- Place a single layer of meatballs on a cookie sheet or oven-proof pan and cover with aluminum foil.
- Heat at 300° F for 8-12 minutes or until the center is hot.
