Emmy Squared Pizza opened their first location in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2016, introducing their one-of-kind pizza to the world. While their menu continues to evolve – as does Emmy with 23 locations and more on the way – their unconditional love of well-made food and sharing that love with Emmy’s guests remains unchanged. They combined a New York style grandma pie with a Detroit style pizza and then added a dose of culinary creativity with fluffy focaccia-like dough, edged with crispy, caramelized crispy cheese known as frico crust. And their famed double-stack burger, the Le Big Matt, has been recognized as one of the top burgers in NYC and Nashville!
This package serves 6 people and includes 3 MVP Pizzas
- Each pizza is approximately 8″ × 10″
- Pizzas are made-to-order and promptly frozen.
- Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the pizza and ice packs to partially thaw during shipment.
- Upon receipt, please, cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
- Pizzas will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. If you wish to keep them longer, you can store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (350 if using a toaster oven)
- Cook pizza for 15 – 20 minutes (some pies take just a bit longer than others!)
- Cut in half, top to bottom, and then into thirds for 6 square slices
- Enjoy!
