This package serves 12 people and includes 12 Pork & Hatch Chili Tamales.

  • Each tamale measures 1"x 6" and weighs approx. 2.8 oz.
  • Tamales ships frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, If consumed right away store in refrigerator if not store in freezer
  • Tamales last in the freezer for up to 6 months
  • Tamales last in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks unopened
  • Once thawed and warmed, may be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days.

  • Thaw in the refrigerator (unopened) overnight.
  • Boil a pot of water large enough to fully submerge the number of bags being prepped.
  • Place the still unopened bag(s) in the boiling water and heat all the way through
