My order was received in great condition, the food was packed well and stayed cold so nothing was spoiled. The instructions for preparation were enclosed, but I found I needed to alter those instructions slightly in order to enjoy the sandwich as authentic as possible. I'm born and raised from Philly so I know the routine. I know the steak is sliced very thin, so the portion was stuck together. I put the steak in the pan on low heat to separate the steak ( as a chopped appearance). I then took the saute' onions in a separate pan heated them up, then added the 2 together raised the heat a little. I took 1 slice of the cheese and as the directions put it on the bottom portion of the sliced round roll, the I took 2 slices of the cheese and melted into the onion & steak mix. Placed it on the roll, AND WENT IN. *IT WAS GREAT * !!!!!
I choose the Cheesesteak from "Donkeys" because it was a little different that the traditional steak on the long roll. Everything was fresh
We can eat this breakfast, lunch, dinner. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend! Definitely will be ordering again! Packaged perfectly!!!!
