When Mia and Jason Bauer launched Crumbs Bakeshop on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in 2003, it pioneered the gourmet cupcake craze, ushering in a phenomenon that ricocheted around the globe. Nobody had ever seen cupcakes like these: combining fillings, their famous cream cheese frosting, mix-ins, and every combination of topping imaginable, Crumbs became the talk of the town, and it didn’t take long for dessert lovers everywhere to fall in love with them. Mia & Jason sold the business in 2012 and all the stores closed by 2016, but the Bauers have relaunched the brand. Crumbs is back – and it’s shipping its world-famous cupcakes & cookies nationwide!

- Each jumbo cupcake measures 4" and weighs 6 oz.

- Birthday Cake – Moist vanilla cake with rainbow sprinkles baked in, topped with mounds of vanilla cream cheese frosting and finished with rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate drizzle.
- Blackout – Decadent chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge custard filling, topped with chocolate fudge frosting and finished with chocolate cake crumbs and chocolate drizzle.
- Caramel Delight – Moist vanilla cake, filled and frosted with chocolate buttercream mixed with coconut and drizzled with caramel and chocolate.
- Chocolate Birthday Cake – Deep chocolate cake topped with mounds of chocolate cream cheese frosting completely covered with rainbow sprinkles and dark chocolate drizzle.
- Chocolate Raspberry – Tender vanilla cake filled with raspberry preserve, then iced with a chocolate ganache and edged in chocolate curls.
- Chocolate Sprinkle – Rich, vanilla cake iced with mounds of chocolate cream cheese frosting and topped with rainbow sprinkles around the sides.
- Cookies & Cream – Rich chocolate cake topped with mounds of cream cheese frosting with crushed Oreos mixed in and topped with an Oreo cookie.
- Devils Food – Decadent chocolate cake filled with velvety vanilla buttercream, topped with mounds of vanilla buttercream frosting and finished with chocolate cake crumbs, chocolate drizzle and chocolate mini chips.
- Grasshopper – Luscious chocolate cake with a chocolate fudge filling, mint cream cheese frosting, edged with chocolate chips, topped with a vanilla buttercream rosette and sprinkled with chocolate cake crumbs.
- Red Velvet – Authentic red velvet cake filled and topped with mounds of vanilla cream cheese frosting and finished with red velvet cake crumbs and white sprinkles around side.
- Squiggle – Decadent chocolate cake filled with velvety vanilla buttercream and iced with rich chocolate ganache frosting.
- Strawberry Shortcake – Sweet strawberry cake, filled and frosted with vanilla buttercream and then iced in strawberry ganache and edged in strawberry cake crumbs. Our newest gourmet addition!
- Vanilla Coconut – Moist vanilla cake topped with mounds of vanilla cream cheese frosting and covered with shredded coconut.
- Vanilla Sprinkle – Moist vanilla cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting and topped with rainbow sprinkles around the sides.
- Cupcakes ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Cupcakes may be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
