- Mixes are shelf stable and can be stored in a cool, dry place.
To Serve
Adelaide Swizzle Mixer
- Combine 2 oz. of Adelaide Swizzle mixer and 2 oz. of Rhum Agricole (rum made w/ sugar cane juice).
- Shake and pour over ice.
- Serve with a lime wedge and a swizzle stick. (Also mixes well with light rum, dark rum, or sparkling water. Tasting Notes: Tart island lime, Peychaud’s bitters Caribbean spice.)
Lime Daquiri
- Combine 2 oz. of Lime Daquiri mixer with 2 oz. of Rhum Agricole (rum made w/ sugar cane juice).
- Shake well with ice and strain.
- Serve with a lime wheel. (Also mixes well with white rum, gin, or sparkling water. Tasting Notes: Bright Caribbean lime, Louisiana cane sugar.)
Tequila Mockingbird #2
- Combine 2 oz. of Tequilla Mockingbird #2 mixer and 2 oz. Reposado Tequilla.
- Shake well with ice and strain.
- Serve with a lemon twist. (Also mixes well with Gin, Whiskey, brandy, or sparkling water. Tasting Notes: Sweet Meyer lemon, dark Angostura bitters.)
