Clementine’s founder Tamara Keefe worked with food scientists and chemists to develop a top-secret technique to freeze alcohol into ice cream, and her “naughty” ice creams are the result! Take your pick from a wide variety of Clementine’s signature “naughty” and “nice” (alcohol-free) ice creams, made with a higher percentage of butterfat for a super rich & creamy experience, as well as vegan ice creams!

As a child, Clementine’s Creamery founder Tamara Keefe’s life changed forever when her mom bought a $2 hand-cranked ice cream maker from a garage sale. Making ice cream by hand became a Sunday ritual, and the power of ice cream to make people smile and bring them together stayed with Tamara throughout her career working for a St. Louis Fortune 500 company. When she was ready for a change of pace she spent her life’s savings on an ice cream kitchen and cashed out her 401K, and in 2014 Clementine’s Ice Cream was born. It was an immediate hit, and today there are eight St. Louis-area locations serving up scoops of her classic “nice” & alcohol-infused “naughty” ice creams!

  • Blue Moon (Nice) – Originally a regional flavor from Michigan this blue ice cream is sure to cause memories of nostalgia. Made with raspberry, lemon, and almond extract to create this fruity treat. Spirulina algae is used for the electric blue color!

  • Grandma Marie’s Butter Brickle – Grandmother’s hold the key to not only our food memories but also they are the lynch pin to recipes of the past. Recreating a family recipe is retelling a story. Each bite of the sweet buttery ice cream filled with soft chocolate covered old school toffee brickle, transports us back to her kitchen.
  • Honey Lavender (Nice) – Heavenly French lavender provides a little bit of floral fragrance while local honey provides sweetness. This flavor comes back every spring and summer – fans can’t get enough!
  • Italian Butter Cookie
(Nice) – The original speculoos cookie. Europe’s perfect pairing with their coffee. Brown sugar, cinnamon, lightly caramelized ends. Fistfuls of speculoos pieces ribboned into the speculoos ice cream.
  • Madagascar Vanilla (Nice) – Why Madagascar? There’s Tahitian and Mexican, but Madagascar vanilla is THE gold standard for vanilla as well as Clementine’s fearless founder’s favorite.

  • Meet Me In St. Louis, Louis (Nice) – “Meet Me In St. Louis, Louis” sweet corn ice cream captures the essence of summertime bliss.   • Pink Champagne Sorbet (Naughty) – The popularity of pink champagne rises and falls with the vagaries of fashion. While a rage during the “Belle Epoque”, it fell into disfavor during 1930-1975.   • André’s Chocolate Bourbon Road (Naughty) – We created the delicious “André’s Chocolate Bourbon Road” flavor in collaboration with André’s Confiserie Suisse of Kansas City. A Swiss twist on the old-fashioned bourbon ball, André’s gourmet candies include the classic ingredients of pecans, bourbon and dark chocolate, plus ground almonds to round out the flavor and signature white chocolate for a rich, creamy sweetness with notes of vanilla.
