Each handmade sausage at Catskill Food Company is crafted in small batches to keep the artisan craft alive. After training at multi-star restaurants like Nobu, CFC’s founder, Jonah Shaw, returned to his hometown among the Catskill Mountains to craft his unique, all natural sausages that mashup some of America’s grilling favorites--for example, the incomparable bacon blue cheese burger sausage. This sausage alone is keeping the American dream alive. Catskill’s other mashup favorites include Chinese pork dumpling and Greek gyros sausages. If this is the future of sausage making in America, we’re going to need Doc’s keys to the DeLorean quick.
