Calabria Restaurant & Pizzeria was founded in 1980 by two immigrant brothers, Guiseppe and Bernardino Ottaiano, and today it’s managed by Bernardino’s daughter Gabriella and Guiseppe’s son Guiseppe, Jr. Over the past 40-plus years, Calabria has become one of the most popular Italian restaurants in the northern New Jersey town of Livingston, where the locals go wild for its flawless thin-crust pizzas.

Pizzas Options Include
- Cheese – This 12-inch pizza is topped with fresh tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Sausage – This 12-inch pizza is topped with fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and sausage.
- Mikes Hot Pepperoni – This 12-inch pizza is topped with fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, cupping pepperoni, and a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey.
- Supreme – This 12-inch pizza is fully loaded with sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, onion, and peppers.
- Upside Down Tomato Pie – This 12-inch pizza is made with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, basil, and olive oil, with the sauce on top.
- White Veggie – This 12-inch pizza is topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato, onion, and broccoli, with no sauce.
- Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, place pizzas in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Pizzas last up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- Allow pizza to thaw at room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place fully thawed pizza directly on oven rack and bake for 6-8 minutes (slightly less for plain cheese).
