It’s a full steakhouse dinner for four, straight from BLT Prime’s New York City kitchen to your dinner table! This package includes two 100% Naturally Raised Certified Black Angus center cut filets, creamed spinach, roasted wild mushrooms, and BLT’s signature popovers topped with gruyere cheese and paired with whipped butter.

This package serves 4 people and includes

  • 4 Filet Mignon Steaks (each 8 oz.)
  • 2 sides Creamed Spinach (each 10 oz.)
  • 2 sides Roasted Wild Mushrooms (each 8 oz.)
  • 4 Signature Popovers
  • Whipped Butter (3 oz.)
  • Each popover measures 5″ × 4″ and weighs approx. 4 oz.

To Serve

Steak

  • Remove steak from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Using a cast iron or stainless-steel pan, start by heating the pan on the stovetop. Add just enough canola or vegetable oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan and heat until it just starts to smoke.
  • Season steak liberally with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper on all sides.
  • Place steak in the center of the pan (if cooking two steaks at the same time, make sure the pan is large enough so the steaks aren’t crowded) and sear for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the steak to the other side and sear for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove steak from stove and place on a sheet pan with an elevated rack, then place in the oven.
  • Using a thermometer, cook steak in the oven to the desired temperature.
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!

Creamed Spinach

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Transfer spinach to an oven-safe container and place in oven until warmed through, about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!

Roasted Wild Mushrooms

  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • Transfer mushrooms to a baking dish and place in oven.
  • Heat until mushrooms are warmed through, about 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, serve, and enjoy!

Popovers

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Pace popovers on the baking sheet and heat in the oven for 10 minutes or until warm.
  • Remove from oven, serve with butter, and enjoy!
