- Steak Dinner ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, place steaks and sides in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Freezing is not recommended, but steak may be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months if required.
To Serve
Steak
- Let steaks come to room temperature before cooking.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towel and season both sides liberally with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
- Heat a heavy bottom sauté pan, at a medium/high heat.
- Add 2 oz of butter to the pan and when the butter is hot add the steaks.
- Lower the heat to medium and lightly brown all sides.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until an internal temperature of 120 degrees is reached (for medium rare).
- Let the steak rest at room temperature for 4 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!
Creamed Spinach + Sour Cream Potato Puree
- Place in a small sauce pot and put over medium low heat.
- Heat for 5-7 minutes constantly stirring until steaming hot.
- Stir again just before serving.
- Enjoy!
