You remember the chorus from that great Bob Dylan song, don't you? "But when Quinn the Eskimo gets here, everybody's gonna eat delicious barbecue." Ok, we're not 100% positive that's how it went, but it's certainly the case for NYC's mecca of smoked meat, Mighty Quinn's. Taking their cues (pun totally intended) from their favorite BBQ styles of Texas and Carolina, the trio behind Mighty Quinn's has taken the best of both worlds and created something uniquely their own. Alongside some of the best pork ribs found anywhere in the country, they're also serving up mouth watering brisket, delicious burnt ends and a Brontosaurus rib so large we're pretty sure it actually came from a Brontosaurus.
