Each Glatt Kosher Thanksgiving Feast serves 8-10 people and includes:
- Stuffed Turkey Breast, Bone in (6 – 7lbs)
- 1 lb Sliced Pastrami
- 1 qt. Turkey Gumbo Soup
- 1 qt. Matzah Ball Soup
- 2 lb. Sweet Potato
- 1 pt. Cranberry Sauce
- 1 pt. Gravy
- Choose to add Turkey Drumsticks or Stuffed Cabbage
Add Ons Include
- 2 Turkey Drumsticks (each 1 lb.)
- 2 Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with sauce (each 1 lb.)
- Mendy’s hand slices the meats to order, then freezes them before shipping
- Meats are fully cooked and may thaw partially or fully during transit.

Serving Instructions
Pastrami
- Remove meat from refrigerator two hours before serving
- If you would like to warm the meat, preheat oven to 300
- Place a thin layer of meat on aluminum foil, and heat 10 minutes
- Alternatively, you can heat in the microwave for 30 seconds (using a microwave-safe plate or dish
Turkey
- Preheat oven to 350
- Heat in pan covered for 30 min
- For a more succulent turkey, you may add turkey gravy before you put in the oven
- Enjoy!
Cranberry Sauce
- Serve at room temp

- Preheat oven to 350
- Heat up in the oven for 20 min
