Some restrictions applyThis set comes with the Loveless Cafe’s famous Biscuit Mix and their most recent cookbook, A Taste of the Loveless Cafe, which includes over 100 of the Loveless Cafe’s most popular recipes! Be sure to choose your favorite preserves flavor to spread on those hot, buttery biscuits!
Located in Nashville, Tennessee, the Loveless Cafe has become a Southern landmark thanks to its quaint country charm and good lookin’ cookin’ ever since the Loveless family opened its doors in 1951. As a beacon of Tennessee tradition, the cafe still uses co-founder Annie Loveless’ biscuit recipe that remains unchanged to this day. Annie started the Southern-style restaurant and motel with her husband Lon Loveless (the motel has since been converted to shops). Sharing a scratch-made meal full of country ham, red eye gravy and Southern fried chicken at the Loveless Cafe is like sharing a meal at the Loveless home — without the fight for the last biscuit. Martha Stewart called Loveless’ breakfast the “best breakfast I’ve ever had.”

About Your Flavor Selections: Due to high demand, in the case that your flavor selections are not available for your delivery date, Loveless Cafe will substitute with the most similar flavors available.
- Items ship fresh, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store biscuit mix and preserves at room temperature.
- Preserves should be refrigerated after opening.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix biscuit mix with 2 2/3 cups of cold, whole buttermilk (not included).
- Your biscuit dough should be wet and sticky (wetter than you might think it should be). Treat your dough gently. Do not over mix or over fold or biscuits will be tough.
- With a sharp 2" biscuit cutter dipped in flour, use an up and down motion to cut. Do not twist.
- Biscuits should touch one another and the side of the pan. This helps them rise evenly as they bake. We recommend using a cast iron skillet.
- Bake your biscuits on the middle oven rack.
- Serve and enjoy!
