Frozen Fatties
In her pastry chef day, Chef Cynthia created ginger sandwich cookies called Fatty Cakes and the response was crazy, so they’ve re-engineered them as ice cream sandwich cookies. Spicy ginger cookies are sandwiched around the most decadent mascarpone ice cream ever!

Chocochangs
Chef Cynthia loves spicy Korean gochujang, and is always trying to find new ways to eat it. So she added some to her chocolate ice cream, and the results were mind blowing! In these “Chocochangs,” chocolate brownies are filled with their gojuchang-chocolate ice cream. The gojuchang gives the ice cream a slight smokiness with a spicy finish. Just for good measure, they also loaded these treats with our honeycomb for that crunch you deserve.

Vietnamese Coffee Bars
Who doesn’t love the bold and sweet flavors of Vietnamese coffee? Well, Life Raft Treats created a bar to reflect that love, made with Vietnamese coffee ice cream and a white chocolate shell. It all starts with Second State coffee and it ends with you sitting by the freezer waiting until your body is ready for another.
