Sweet Red Crab Meat

Honolulu Fish Company ships its legendary seafood nationwide on Goldbelly! Honolulu Fish Company’s selection of deep-sea crab is unique among crab meat. They have selected a species of Pacific Deep Sea Red crab, shipped in a deluxe-style package that separates the leg meat and jumbo lump meat from the body meat. Each package of Deep Sea Red Crab is fully-cooked but not pasteurized in containers so the super sweet taste is preserved. The crab comes in a 2.5 pound frozen layered pack and is ready to eat.

Every day before sunrise, Honolulu Fish Company founder Wayne Samiere and his team head to the docks to personally inspect and hand select fresh seafood.
