From none other than the Mayor of Flavortown himself, this pile of sweet & savory goodness starts with crispy cannoli chips, which are stacked with mini pretzels, crushed candy cane pieces, brownie pieces & layered with whiskey dark chocolate and whiskey salted caramel. Top it all off with festive red and green M&M’s and even MORE crushed candy cane pieces for a wintery peppermint taste. And of course, pile your tower high inside Guy’s signature trash can. These nachos are definitely the PERFECT gift or dessert activity to take your Holiday party to Flavortown!
Each order of Guy’s Holiday Trash Can Dessert Nachos Kit includes:
- “Trash Can Nacho” Can
- Mascarpone Cream (14 oz.)
- Chocolate Sauce (6 oz.)
- Cannoli Chips (12 oz.)
- Mini Pretzels (4 oz.)
- Crushed Candy Canes Pieces (1.5 oz.)
- Caramel (6 oz.)
- Brownie Pieces (5 oz.)
- Red and Green M&Ms (2 oz.)
Please be aware that some cannoli chips may break during transit- this is planned for by adding additional chips into the bag. Don’t worry, you’ll have more than enough to create your own towering dessert masterpiece!
- Items ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, store Mascarpone Cream, Chocolate Sauce and Caramel Sauce in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Do not freeze
- Note: mascarpone cream may be frozen upon arrival. Allow to thaw in the refrigerator before using.
- All other items can be stored well sealed at room temperature for 1-2 weeks

To Serve
- Bring a medium pot of water to a low simmer, then turn off the flame. Carefully place jars of chocolate and caramel sauce into the water and let sit for about 10-15 seconds or until both have a pourable consistency, but not too hot. Remove jars from the pot, then set aside
- On a large serving platter, place your “Trash Can” directly in the center
- Drizzle a bit Chocolate sauce inside the can to prevent the chips from sliding.
- Now it’s time for the fun part!
- Add a layer of Cannoli Chips to the bottom of the can, leveled and compact
- Cut the tip of your piping bag and pipe ¼ of the bag into an even layer, making sure to put cream all the way to the edge of the can
- Sprinkle a mix of Brownie Pieces, Mini Pretzels and Candy Canes all around
- Drizzle with Chocolate and Caramel sauce
- Repeat those layers until you reach the top of can, garnishing with a drizzle of chocolate a dusting of the candy canes and all your red and green M&Ms
- Now it’s time to unveil your Dessert Nacho masterpiece!
- Placing both hands on the sides of the can, carefully slide it upwards and step back to enjoy the view!
