Named after a much-loved family member, Fat Molly’s Brownies are rich, decadent, and made with only the finest ingredients, such as Ghirardelli chocolate and Dutch-process cocoa for a smoother, more luscious experience. Named after the “half sheet pan” they’re cooked in, this entire tray of brownies comes uncut so you can slice into full sizes to feed a group of 25, or a bite-size brownie to feed 50. Choose from three flavors — Five Chocolate, Peanut Butter Brownie, and Pecan & Caramel Brownie.

Founded by Chef Alex Donovan, Fat Molly’s only uses Ghirardelli Chocolate in its rich, decadent brownies, which come in flavors including Five Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Pecan & Caramel. Initially served as a specialty dessert at Chef Donovan’s Americana restaurant, this delicious chocolate brownie recipe soon gained a life of its own after Fat Molly’s opened in San Diego in 2010.
