Take your pick from Beau Jo’s classic Mountain Pizzas!
Founded in Idaho Springs, Colorado, in 1973, Beau Jo’s pioneered what’s today known as Colorado-Style “Mountain Pizza.” These pizzas are big, doughy, and cheesy, with a braided crust that wraps around and encloses the ample toppings. Beau Jo’s pizzas are made with the freshest ingredients available (including locally-sourced whole milk mozzarella), and their signature dough is made fresh throughout the day with local honey instead of sugar. Do as the locals do and order up some of that same honey on the side; you’re gonna want to dip that crust into it!
This package serves 4-6 people and includes 2 Beau Jo’s Classic Mountain Pizzas with your choice of topping.
- Each pizza weighs 2 lbs, measures 11" x 3", and serves 2-3 people
- Choose to add on a bottle of locally-sourced Colorado honey!
