Chef Dan Kluger won the 2011 James Beard Award for his masterful cooking at New York’s ABC Kitchen, and his Loring Place has been one of Greenwich Village’s most acclaimed restaurants since it opened in 2016. Kluger has become renowned for his creative, market-driven, vegetable-forward dishes, and at the casual Washington Squares, he’s turned his attention to a food that’s near and dear to his heart: pizza!
