Thai Tea Pie

An almost mythical pie, this favorite only comes back for Pi Day! The crust is a mixture of breakfast cereals and butter. The first layer of the pie is a thick spread of Nutella that is sprinkled with coconut. The filling is a rich tea-infused white chocolate mousse made from real Thai Tea!

Becky Grasley, otherwise known as the “Pie Mom,” had always dreamed of owning her own pie shop. So, when she retired, her son Matt made it his mission to make his mom’s dream come true. Founded in 2011, The Pie Hole makes pies by hand and from scratch using recipes that have been passed down over more than five generations, from traditional Mom’s Apple Crumble, to unique creations like the Cereal Killer Pie, to creative ‘Pie Holes,’ two-bite mini pie treats.
