Ted Godfrey spent years trying to perfect his Pimento Cheese recipe. A local favorite had become the stuff of legends, however after the owner took the only recipe for it to his grave, those on the Georgia/South Carolina border were left without their favorite treat. After doing taste tests with locals on batch after batch after batch, Ted finally figured out the missing ingredient and a legend was born. Now, for the first time ever, this iconic pimento cheese is available coast to coast and without the need to travel. While Ted's Famous Pimento could be eaten on burgers, celery, or crackers, we recommend trying this one the way it has always been eaten: stuffed between two pieces of soft white bread.
