Blueberry Ice Cream Cheesecake

Sugar Hill Creamery has turned their super rich and very popular blueberry cheesecake ice cream into a 6" ice cream-based blueberry cheesecake! That’s right…think about a super decadent cheesecake and now picture taking a bite of that cheesecake as ice cream. They make a chewy and perfectly sweetened graham cracker crust, layer the smooth cheesecake ice cream on top, and then top it with a fresh blueberry gelée. Each slice is frozen because it’s ice cream!

After 15 years of living in Harlem, the husband-and-wife duo of Nick Larsen and Petrushka Bazin Larsen decided to give back to the community by opening an ice cream shop with flavors inspired by Petrushka’s Caribbean and African American culture and Nick’s Midwestern upbringing. Since opening in 2017, Sugar Hill has quickly become beloved by the locals for its wide variety of creative flavors made fresh daily using only high-quality, all-natural ingredients.
