- Remove plastic wrap and thaw cake in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator and allow cake to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Edible Flower Topping Add on
- Gather your tools. For the flowers you will need a clean food-safe paint brush and a bowl of water.
- Dip clean, brush into a small bowl of water. Gently brush the base of the flower with water, and place onto the cake. Water will act as an adhesive to make flowers stick to the cake.
- Gently press the flower onto the cake to ensure it adheres properly.
- Repeat the process. Mix and match different edible flowers to create a visually appealing arrangement. Experiment with colors and have fun.
- Place fully decorated cake in the refrigerator for a short amount of time to help flowers to adhere.
- Remove from the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy!
