It has large-size grains and a clean, crisp, “nutty” flavor and it varies in color from golden yellow to dark brown. Choose between 2 oz. and 4 oz. This package also comes with the option of classic caviar accouterments; crème fraîche, mini blini’s, and petits toasts.
